Details: Hull Forward contacted us regarding their ideas and proposals for the regeneration of the Fruit Market area in Hull. We were asked to produce proposals for a derelict building located at the junction of Humber Street and Humber Dock Street. This study presents ideas that address the brief for a new glazed entrance that will provide a new focal point and a clear sense of arrival to number 73 Humber Street. With the property’s attractive location alongside Hull Marina we believed our proposals would act as a nodal point within the tight and compact fruit market area.
