Rob has worked for over 16 years in the design and construction industry on modest to significant projects with a contract value ranging from £30K – £150M.

He has extensive project experience including commercial offices, residential, educational, community, healthcare, retail and mixed use developments, including conservation and listed building work.

He is particularly skilled in all areas of the design process from initial project brief, feasibility studies and client liaison through to procurement, working drawings, technical detailing, site visits and project completion.

Rob’s wide ranging skills include design, technical detailing, job running and contract administration. He is experienced in managing small architectural teams with the ability to coordinate and integrate the work of other consultants and specialist teams including on site operations and liaison with stakeholders.
