		<description><![CDATA[The client brief  was to initiate dialogue with the Local Authority  with regards to farm land diversification. After several brainstorming meetings with the client ar2 have produced a feasibility plan allowing us to enter into pre-application discussions.
The proposals consider the development and expansion of an existing private fishing facility whilst also providing short term let holiday lodges.

<p>The development and design of the new glazed entrance is the creation of an imaginative and contemporary intervention that has both the strength to sit beside the original buildings of the university campus and the ability to complement and enhance both the existing public and green spaces.</p>
<p>Our design process has sought to identify and analyse each criteria stated in qualitative and quantative terms.</p>
